Job Description
We are seeking highly professional and experienced Luxury Sedan Operators to join our elite team in Washington D.C. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional ground transportation services to our corporate and private clients. This role demands impeccable driving skills, an unwavering commitment to client safety and comfort, and a polished demeanor befitting a luxury service provider. A clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) is a strict requirement for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate luxury sedans in a safe, efficient, and professional manner.
- Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of clients, following designated routes or client-preferred paths.
- Maintain the cleanliness and pristine condition of company vehicles, both interior and exterior.
- Provide superior customer service, demonstrating discretion, courtesy, and attentiveness to client needs.
- Assist clients with luggage and other personal belongings as required.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of the Washington D.C. metropolitan area, including key landmarks, business districts, and popular routes.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients, utilizing communication tools provided.
- Manage time effectively to accommodate unforeseen circumstances like traffic or route changes.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of professional chauffeur or executive driving experience.
- Pristine driving record (Clean MVR) with no major violations.
- Valid driver's license with appropriate endorsements for commercial operation (if applicable by local regulations).
- Excellent knowledge of Washington D.C. roads, traffic patterns, and navigation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to operate GPS and smartphone applications for navigation and dispatch.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a discreet and courteous demeanor.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving luxury vehicles (e.g., Mercedes-Benz S-Class, BMW 7 Series, Audi A8, Cadillac Escalade).
- Defensive driving certification.
- Experience with high-profile clients or VIP services.
- Multilingual abilities, particularly in commonly spoken international languages.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
