Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented WFH Daily Payout Specialist to join our remote team. This 100% remote role involves ensuring the accurate and timely processing of daily payouts for our customers and partners. You will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our financial operations, performing reconciliation, and resolving any payout-related discrepancies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a meticulous approach to data, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process daily payouts accurately and efficiently, adhering to strict deadlines and company policies.
- Perform daily reconciliation of payout reports against bank statements and internal records.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payouts, collaborating with internal teams as needed.
- Monitor payout queues and ensure all transactions are processed in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed records of all payout activities and communications.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of payout operations.
- Respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders regarding payout statuses and issues.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal controls.
- Collaborate effectively with team members in a 100% remote work environment.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial operations, accounting, or payout processing role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
