Job Description
Experian is seeking a highly meticulous and security-conscious WFH Data Entry Specialist to join our innovative ‘Think Tank’ team. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain a high volume of complex data into various databases and systems.
- Perform data quality checks and validation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Identify and correct discrepancies in data, collaborating with team members as needed.
- Adhere strictly to data security protocols, confidentiality agreements, and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations based on compiled data as requested.
- Organize and file digital documents and information efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding data entry progress and issues.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for data handling and entry workflows.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in data entry with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong understanding and adherence to data confidentiality and security best practices.
- Excellent organizational and and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a remote setting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify errors.
Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience working in a financially regulated or data-sensitive environment.
