Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated WFH Google Associate to join our dynamic team. In this fully remote role, you will be instrumental in supporting client projects and internal initiatives that leverage Google’s suite of products and platforms. You will work closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure seamless execution, data integrity, and effective communication across various stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in Google technologies while contributing to high-impact projects from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support for projects utilizing Google Workspace, Google Cloud Platform, and other Google-specific tools.
  • Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting to track project progress and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate communication and documentation efforts between project teams and clients.
  • Manage and organize project files and resources within Google Drive and other collaborative platforms.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to Google products and escalate complex problems as needed.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay current with Google product updates and best practices.
  • Support the creation of presentations, proposals, and other client-facing materials.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and client security protocols in all tasks.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a remote work environment
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services
  • Experience with project management tools
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, IT, Communications)
