Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented WFH Google Logistics Clerk to support our global supply chain operations. This is a 100% remote position. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing and tracking the movement of goods, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining accurate inventory records. You will work collaboratively with various teams to optimize logistics processes and contribute to the efficiency of Google’s worldwide supply chain. This role is ideal for someone passionate about logistics, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and track orders, shipments, and inventory in our logistics management system.
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities, including shipping documents, invoices, and inventory levels.
- Monitor shipment statuses and proactively resolve any delays or issues that may arise.
- Prepare reports on logistics performance, costs, and efficiency metrics.
- Assist in auditing freight bills and resolving discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant shipping regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with global partners across different time zones.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics department.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
