Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented WFH Information Processor to join our dynamic team in the supply chain sector. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home while contributing to critical data management operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately processing a variety of information, ensuring data integrity, and supporting the smooth flow of our complex supply chain logistics. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient communication and operational transparency across our vast network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input, verify, and maintain supply chain data into various systems and databases.
  • Process shipping documents, invoices, and other logistical information.
  • Generate reports and summaries based on processed data for management review.
  • Identify and correct data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve data-related queries.
  • Adhere to data privacy and security protocols.
  • Assist in developing and improving data entry processes and procedures.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
