Job Description
Are you passionate about online safety and eager to make a tangible impact? We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented WFH Microsoft Content Moderator to join our global team. In this fully remote role, you will be on the front lines, reviewing user-generated content across Microsoft’s diverse platforms to ensure compliance with our strict community guidelines and terms of service. Your work will directly contribute to protecting our users from harmful content, maintaining a positive online experience, and fostering a trustworthy digital ecosystem. Key Responsibilities
- Review and moderate user-generated content including text, images, and videos in accordance with established community guidelines and policies.
- Identify and escalate complex or high-priority content issues to senior moderators or specialized teams.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in content review, consistently meeting performance targets.
- Stay informed about evolving online trends, policy updates, and potential threats to user safety.
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to improve moderation processes and tools.
- Provide clear and concise feedback on content decisions for quality assurance purposes.
- Handle sensitive and potentially disturbing content with professionalism and resilience.
Required Skills
