Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly creative Music App Content Creator with a strong focus on TikTok and Instagram Reels to join our dynamic team. This entirely remote role is perfect for someone passionate about music, social media trends, and engaging online communities. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and optimizing short-form video content that showcases the unique features of our music app, highlights trending artists and genres, and resonates with a broad audience across these crucial platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a content strategy specifically for TikTok and Instagram Reels to increase app engagement and user acquisition.
- Produce high-quality, short-form video content daily, including concept development, scripting, filming/recording (if applicable), editing, and sound design.
- Stay continuously updated on the latest TikTok and Reels trends, challenges, sounds, and features, and integrate them into our content.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and artist relations teams to ensure content aligns with overall brand messaging and campaigns.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports and actionable insights to optimize future content.
- Engage with our community in comments and direct messages, fostering a vibrant and interactive presence.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all content.
- Experiment with new content formats and creative approaches to keep our channels fresh and engaging.
Required Skills
- Proven experience creating viral or highly engaging content for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Expertise in video editing software (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, DaVinci Resolve) and mobile editing apps.
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms, best practices, and trends on TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Strong visual storytelling abilities and a keen eye for engaging aesthetics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for music and a good understanding of various genres and artist landscapes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Experience working with a music-focused brand or app.
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience with live streaming or interactive content formats.
- A portfolio or links to successful social media content you have created.
