Job Description
Join Roots as a WFH Shopify Clerk and become an essential part of our growing e-commerce team! This entry-level position is perfect for detail-oriented individuals looking to start their career in online retail with the flexibility of working from home. You will be responsible for managing simple email and chat inquiries, ensuring our online customers receive timely and helpful support for their Shopify orders and product questions.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat regarding order status, product information, and general questions.
- Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and navigation of the Shopify online store.
- Process simple order modifications and cancellations in the Shopify admin panel.
- Escalate complex customer service issues to senior team members when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to improve customer support processes.
- Stay up-to-date with new products, promotions, and Shopify platform updates.
Required Skills
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
