Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented WFH Shopify Virtual Assistant to join our team. This is a remote, flexible role focusing on easy administrative tasks within the Shopify platform. You will be instrumental in supporting various merchant operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities and contributing to the overall efficiency of our e-commerce environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform basic product data entry and updates on Shopify stores.
  • Manage and organize customer inquiries via email or chat, directing complex issues to appropriate teams.
  • Assist with order processing and tracking, ensuring accuracy and timely communication.
  • Monitor Shopify store performance metrics and generate simple reports.
  • Maintain and update inventory levels, ensuring product availability.
  • Support marketing efforts by scheduling social media posts or updating promotional banners.
  • Conduct light research for product descriptions or market trends.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and documents.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency with the Shopify platform (backend administration).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce operations.
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
