Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized WFH UPS Secretary to join our remote administrative team. This unique role focuses entirely on administrative support, data management, and written communication, with absolutely no phone call responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing digital documents, coordinating schedules, handling email correspondence, and performing various administrative tasks remotely to support our operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize digital documents, reports, and administrative files.
  • Draft, review, and send professional email correspondence to internal teams and external partners.
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry into various company systems.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordination of virtual meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other administrative documents.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure data security protocols are followed.
  • Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
  • Utilize virtual collaboration tools to communicate effectively with team members.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
