Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Weather Data Annotator to join our remote team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge scientific projects by accurately labeling and categorizing various types of weather data. Your work will directly support the development and improvement of AI models used in meteorology, climate research, and environmental monitoring. This position is 100% remote, offering flexibility and the chance to work from anywhere within the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately annotate and categorize meteorological data, including satellite imagery, radar data, sensor readings, and textual weather reports.
- Identify and label specific weather phenomena, patterns, and features according to provided guidelines.
- Maintain high levels of data quality and consistency through meticulous review processes.
- Collaborate with project managers and quality assurance teams to ensure annotation standards are met.
- Provide constructive feedback on annotation tools and guidelines to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Adhere to strict deadlines and project requirements.
