Key Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Providing medication reminders and basic health monitoring as directed.
- Performing light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Preparing nutritious meals and assisting with feeding if necessary.
- Assisting with mobility and transfers, using proper body mechanics.
- Engaging clients in conversation, activities, and companionship.
- Documenting care provided and observing changes in client condition, reporting to supervisors as needed.
- Adhering to all health and safety protocols and client care plans.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in basic personal care and hygiene assistance.

- Ability to follow care plans accurately and meticulously.
- Basic first aid and CPR certification.
- A compassionate and patient demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) in Florida.
- Previous experience (at least 6 months) in a home care or assisted living setting.
- Completion of a medical assistant or other relevant medical training program.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on weekends.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
