Job Description
Join the vibrant team at Anthropologie in Wesley Chapel as a Shop Assistant. You will be instrumental in maintaining the boutique’s aesthetic, ensuring cleanliness, and supporting daily operations to create a memorable experience for our patrons. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a pristine and organized sales floor, fitting rooms, and stockroom.
- Assist with merchandising and visual displays to uphold brand standards.
- Provide friendly and efficient support to customers, answering inquiries and directing them to products.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale.
- Receive, unbox, and organize new inventory shipments.
- Support the sales team with various tasks to ensure smooth store operations.
- Ensure all areas of the store are clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions.
