Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Wells Fargo products and services.
  • Maintain a balanced cash drawer and adhere to all bank procedures and security guidelines.
  • Provide excellent customer service, resolving inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Educate customers on self-service options and digital banking tools.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
