Job Description
Accenture is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Analyst with a specialized focus on Netflix-related infrastructure and a deep understanding of Work From Home (WFH) environments. This role involves analyzing, designing, and implementing robust IT solutions to support complex streaming service infrastructures, with a particular emphasis on optimizing performance and reliability for remote workforces accessing and managing Netflix-specific platforms and data. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between technical teams and business needs, ensuring seamless integration and operation of critical systems. This is a 100% remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing systems and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement, particularly in supporting Netflix-centric applications and remote access.
- Design and implement secure, scalable, and high-performing infrastructure solutions optimized for WFH environments.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure successful project delivery and system integration.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to networking, servers, cloud services, and specific Netflix integration points.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and architectural designs.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in cloud computing, streaming technology, and WFH infrastructure.
- Provide expert guidance and support to stakeholders on technical matters and strategic initiatives.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), particularly in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Firewalls) and security best practices.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience with Netflix Open Connect or similar large-scale content delivery networks (CDNs).
- Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator Associate).
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (Terraform, Ansible).
- Knowledge of streaming protocols and video delivery architectures.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
