Job Description
We are urgently seeking dedicated Agricultural Pickers to join our team in Swansea, Wales. This is an immediate start opportunity, and we offer T5 visa sponsorship for eligible candidates. As an Agricultural Picker, you will be crucial to our harvesting operations, ensuring the careful collection of soft fruits (such as strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries) to meet our quality standards. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Key Responsibilities
- Carefully pick and harvest soft fruits according to quality specifications and targets.
- Adhere to strict hygiene and food safety protocols at all times.
- Operate basic farm equipment or tools as required, following safety guidelines.
- Work efficiently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
- Report any issues with crops or equipment to supervisors promptly.

- Physical fitness and stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications
