Job Description
Are you a proactive and friendly individual looking for a flexible part-time role? Ramada by Wyndham Coventry is seeking enthusiastic Part-time Hotel Porters to join our team for weekend shifts. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys helping people, and is available to work Saturdays and Sundays. As a Weekend Warrior, you’ll be the friendly face assisting our guests with their luggage, ensuring their comfort, and providing exceptional service from arrival to departure. Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage handling, both on arrival and departure.
- Escort guests to their rooms, providing information about hotel facilities and services.
- Assist with the delivery of items to guest rooms (e.g., room service, extra amenities).
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the hotel lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests efficiently and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Ensure security protocols are followed when handling guest belongings.
- Support other hotel departments as needed, contributing to a seamless guest experience.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
