Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Netflix subscribers, addressing a wide range of inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
  • Provide accurate information regarding billing, account management, technical issues, content, and general service questions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex problems to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering empathetic, personalized, and professional service.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with Netflix product updates, service changes, and company policies to ensure accurate information delivery.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues and supervisors.
