Job Description

You’ll be responsible for transforming vehicles into pristine condition, all while delivering exceptional customer service directly at their preferred location.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to customer locations within Moreno Valley and surrounding areas to perform scheduled car valet services.
- Execute comprehensive waterless exterior washes, interior vacuuming, window cleaning, and tire shining using Washos-approved products and techniques.
- Adhere strictly to all company standards for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage your time effectively to complete jobs within estimated timeframes.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with customers to confirm appointments and address any specific requests or concerns.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are always in excellent working condition.
- Utilize our mobile application for job scheduling, navigation, and reporting.
- Represent Washos' brand with professionalism and a commitment to eco-friendly practices.
Required Skills
