Job Description

Superior Tile & Stone Solutions is seeking a motivated and dedicated Tiler Assistant to join our growing team in Wesley Chapel. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for individuals with little to no prior experience in tiling. Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead tilers and installers with various tasks on job sites.
- Prepare surfaces for tile installation, including cleaning, leveling, and applying primers.
- Help with measuring, cutting, and shaping tiles using appropriate tools.
- Mix and apply mortar, grout, and other adhesive materials.
- Transport materials and tools to and from work areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning tools and equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
- Learn and apply new tiling techniques and best practices under supervision.
Required Skills
- Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Excellent work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and kneeling.
- Basic understanding of measurements and angles.
