Job Description

Superior Tile & Stone Solutions is seeking a motivated and dedicated Tiler Assistant to join our growing team in Wesley Chapel. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for individuals with little to no prior experience in tiling. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist lead tilers and installers with various tasks on job sites.
  • Prepare surfaces for tile installation, including cleaning, leveling, and applying primers.
  • Help with measuring, cutting, and shaping tiles using appropriate tools.
  • Mix and apply mortar, grout, and other adhesive materials.
  • Transport materials and tools to and from work areas.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning tools and equipment.
  • Follow safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
  • Learn and apply new tiling techniques and best practices under supervision.

  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and kneeling.
