Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly efficient Quick Service Runner to join our fast-paced logistics operation in Belfast. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the seamless flow of goods within our distribution center, ensuring that items are rapidly located, prepared, and dispatched. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment where speed and accuracy are paramount. Key Responsibilities
- Rapidly locate and retrieve specific items from designated storage areas based on order requests.
- Assist in the sorting, staging, and preparation of packages for dispatch, ensuring correct labeling and loading.
- Maintain an organized and tidy work area, including shelves, aisles, and staging zones.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently as required (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks – training provided).
- Conduct routine inventory checks and report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, drivers, and supervisors to meet daily targets.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
- Support various operational tasks as needed to maintain efficiency and productivity.
Required Skills
- Ability to work at a fast pace and maintain high accuracy under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs (approx. 23 kg) for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fast-paced retail environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
