Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals for immediate openings as Unskilled Farm Workers. No prior experience is required – we provide all necessary training to get you up to speed. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in agriculture, enjoy working outdoors, and contribute to a productive team. You will be performing a variety of essential tasks that support our daily farm operations, ensuring the health of our crops and the efficiency of our processes. This is an on-site position located at our farms just outside Bath.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with planting, cultivating, and harvesting various crops.
- Performing general farm maintenance tasks, including fencing, weeding, and clearing fields.
- Operating basic farm equipment under supervision (e.g., mowers, tillers).
- Supporting with livestock care, including feeding, watering, and cleaning enclosures, if applicable.
- Loading and unloading farm produce and supplies.
- Following all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas.
Required Skills
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
