Job Description
Are you a motivated 17-year-old looking for a high-paying summer job that offers valuable experience? PCL Construction is seeking enthusiastic and hardworking teens to join our construction sites as Laborers for the summer season. This is an incredible opportunity to get hands-on experience in the construction industry, learn from experienced professionals, and earn a competitive wage. Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks on the construction site.
- Perform general site cleanup and debris removal to maintain a safe working environment.
- Move materials and equipment as directed.
- Help with basic site setup and breakdown tasks.
- Learn and adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Support the team with any other labor-intensive duties as needed.
Required Skills
- Must be 17 years of age by start date.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Commitment to safety at all times.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role or outdoor work is a plus, but not required.
