Key Responsibilities
- Manage and direct incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements as needed.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence using various software applications.
- Order, manage, and distribute office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Support various departments with a range of administrative tasks, including data entry and document preparation.
- Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a professional and organized office environment.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
