Job Description
We are seeking a warm, organized, and friendly Massage Therapy Clinic Receptionist to join our team. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday, offering a consistent schedule in a relaxed and positive environment. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing appointments, and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone.
- Manage the scheduling and booking of appointments using our clinic software.
- Process client payments, manage billing inquiries, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and common spaces.
- Assist with client intake forms and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Communicate effectively with massage therapists regarding client schedules and special requests.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and voicemails.
- Maintain client confidentiality and uphold clinic standards of professionalism.
- Perform light administrative tasks as needed to support clinic operations.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service or reception role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and scheduling software.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain client confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a medical, spa, or wellness clinic setting.
- Familiarity with massage therapy services and terminology.
- Experience with Square Appointments or similar booking systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
