Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Online Support Specialist to join our remote team. This is an immediate start, work-from-home position responsible for providing exceptional online support to our customers, ensuring their inquiries and issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. You will be the first point of contact for technical and product-related questions, guiding users through solutions and escalating complex problems when necessary. This role requires strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and professional online support to customers via chat, email, and potentially social media platforms.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, product inquiries, and service-related questions.
  • Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with senior support specialists and other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through empathetic, efficient, and effective support.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, service updates, and common troubleshooting techniques.
  • Contribute to the creation and improvement of knowledge base articles and FAQs.

Required Skills
