Job Description
CGI is seeking a detail-oriented and diligent WFH Data Entry Associate to join our team for an afternoon roster, 12-5pm. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home. You will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing critical data, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of information within our systems. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input data from various sources into our internal databases and systems during the 12-5pm afternoon shift.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness, correcting any discrepancies found.
- Maintain data integrity and confidentiality in accordance with company policies and compliance regulations.
- Organize and maintain files and records, both physical and digital, as required.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding data entry issues or progress.
- Meet daily and weekly data entry targets and deadlines.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient typing speed (minimum 45 WPM with high accuracy).
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles.
- Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is considered an asset for our Montreal operations.
