Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented User Experience Aide with a focus on Interface Testing to join our innovative technology team. This is a 100% remote (Work From Home) position, offering the flexibility to contribute to critical projects from anywhere within the United States. As a UX Aide, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and usability of our digital interfaces across various platforms. You will be responsible for executing test plans, identifying and documenting bugs, and providing valuable feedback to enhance the user experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Execute detailed test cases and scenarios for various user interfaces (web, mobile, internal tools).
  • Identify, document, and report bugs and inconsistencies with clarity and precision using tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and product managers to understand interface requirements and user flows.
  • Provide constructive feedback on usability, accessibility, and overall user experience.
  • Maintain thorough records of testing activities, results, and bug resolutions.
  • Participate in review meetings to discuss test outcomes and upcoming features.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices in UX testing and quality assurance.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of user experience (UX) principles and software interfaces.
  • Familiarity with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).

Preferred Qualifications
