Job Description
KeyBank is seeking a highly professional and reliable Executive Commuter Driver to manage a fixed daily route for our senior leadership team in Cleveland, OH. This full-time, on-site position requires exceptional driving skills, punctuality, and a strong commitment to safety and discretion. You will be an essential part of ensuring our executives arrive at their destinations comfortably and on schedule, reflecting KeyBank’s commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate company vehicles in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Strictly follow a fixed daily route and schedule, ensuring punctuality for all appointments and commutes.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, reporting any maintenance needs or issues promptly.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the vehicle, both interior and exterior.
- Assist executives with luggage or personal belongings as needed.
- Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality regarding passenger conversations and information.
- Plan alternative routes in advance to account for potential traffic, road closures, or adverse weather conditions.
- Adhere to defensive driving techniques and emergency procedures.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
Required Skills
- Valid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a professional driver for at least 24 months.
- Exceptional knowledge of local traffic laws and routes within Cleveland and surrounding areas.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to maintain composure and professional conduct in all situations.
- High degree of reliability, responsibility, and punctuality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous chauffeur or executive driving experience.
- Defensive driving certification.
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance.
- Advanced first aid or CPR certification.
