Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bottle Filler to join our cosmetics manufacturing team in New Port Richey. This is an entry-level position focused on simple, automated tasks, ensuring the precise and efficient filling of cosmetic bottles. The ideal candidate will operate and monitor automated machinery, conduct quality checks, and maintain a clean and organized work area. This role is crucial to maintaining our high standards of product quality and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor automated bottle-filling machinery.
  • Ensure accurate fill levels and proper sealing of cosmetic bottles.
  • Load bottles onto production lines and remove filled bottles for packing.
  • Conduct visual inspections of products for defects or inconsistencies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work station and surrounding area.
  • Follow all safety protocols and quality control procedures.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or product quality issues to a supervisor.
  • Assist with basic setup and changeover tasks as needed.
  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times.

Required Skills

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail for quality control.
  • Basic understanding of safety procedures.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (even if entry-level).
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
