Job Description
Are you looking for an opportunity to earn extra income during the busy winter and summer holiday seasons? The Bristol Hotel is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Holiday Peak Porters to join our dynamic team. This temporary role is perfect for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced environment, possess excellent customer service skills, and are keen to contribute to a world-class hospitality experience. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring our guests have a seamless and memorable stay during our busiest periods, supporting various hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist guests with luggage handling upon arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Provide excellent customer service, anticipating guest needs and responding to requests promptly and courteously.
- Assist with the delivery of items to guest rooms, such as newspapers, mail, and other amenities.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel lobby, entrance, and other public areas.
- Support the concierge and front desk teams with various tasks as required.
- Ensure secure storage and retrieval of guest luggage and other belongings.
- Help with general hotel errands and operational support during peak hours.
Required Skills

- Ability to lift and carry luggage and other items.
