Job Description
Are you observant, detail-oriented, and looking for flexible work that makes a real impact? Ipsos is seeking dedicated Mystery Shoppers to join our team in Pasadena, CA, and surrounding areas. This is a unique opportunity to provide valuable feedback on customer service, product presentation, and overall store experience at various local businesses. Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned retail stores, restaurants, or service establishments as a regular customer.
- Observe and evaluate specific aspects of the customer experience, including staff friendliness, product availability, cleanliness, and service efficiency.
- Interact with staff members according to project guidelines.
- Complete detailed and objective reports online within a specified timeframe after each visit.
- Adhere to all project instructions and deadlines meticulously.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding assigned projects and collected data.
Required Skills

- Strong written communication skills for clear and concise reporting
- Reliability and punctuality for completing assignments
