Job Description
Are you a discerning individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for culinary experiences? NielsenIQ is seeking exceptional Mystery Dinner Guests to join our exclusive weekend roster. This is a unique contract opportunity to provide invaluable insights into the dining and hospitality industry. As a Mystery Dinner Guest, you will covertly evaluate various aspects of restaurant service, food quality, ambiance, and overall customer experience. Your objective and detailed feedback will directly contribute to our clients’ strategic improvements and enhance consumer satisfaction across various establishments. This role offers flexible scheduling on weekends and a high earning potential for those committed to excellence in observation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend assigned dinner engagements as a regular, unassuming customer.
- Systematically evaluate all aspects of the dining experience, from reservation to departure.
- Observe and assess customer service, staff attentiveness, food presentation, taste, and consistency.
- Analyze the restaurant's ambiance, cleanliness, and adherence to service standards.
- Complete detailed, objective, and timely evaluation reports following NielsenIQ guidelines.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding assignments and findings.
- Adhere to assigned budget for each dining experience.
Required Skills
- Exceptional observational skills and attention to detail.
