Job Description

As a QC Trainee, you will play a vital part in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and adhere to all company quality control procedures and standards.
  • Assist senior QC technicians in performing routine inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
  • Collect samples for laboratory analysis and maintain accurate records of findings.
  • Operate and calibrate basic quality testing equipment under supervision.
  • Document and report any deviations or non-conformances immediately.
  • Participate in training programs to obtain required quality control certifications.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.

Required Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic mathematical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

  • No prior experience in quality control required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Basic computer literacy (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (not required, but a plus).
  • A strong interest in food safety and quality assurance.
