Job Description

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals with no prior experience in quality control. As a QC Trainee, you will play a vital part in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and adhere to all company quality control procedures and standards.
- Assist senior QC technicians in performing routine inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Collect samples for laboratory analysis and maintain accurate records of findings.
- Operate and calibrate basic quality testing equipment under supervision.
- Document and report any deviations or non-conformances immediately.
- Participate in training programs to obtain required quality control certifications.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic mathematical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- No prior experience in quality control required.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (not required, but a plus).
- A strong interest in food safety and quality assurance.
