Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented WFH Apple Logistics Clerk to join our dynamic Global Supply Chain team. This fully remote position will be instrumental in supporting the logistics operations for one of our key clients, Apple. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing data, coordinating shipments, and ensuring the smooth flow of information critical to Apple’s global supply chain. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and track orders, shipments, and inventory movements related to Apple's products.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our logistics management system.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, carriers, and client representatives (Apple) to resolve issues and provide updates.
- Prepare necessary documentation for domestic and international shipments, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Monitor shipment statuses and proactively address any potential delays or discrepancies.
- Generate regular reports on logistics performance and data integrity.
- Assist with data entry and administrative tasks to support the overall efficiency of the supply chain operations.
- Identify and escalate any critical issues to senior logistics personnel.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong data entry and administrative skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a logistics or administrative role.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Experience working with global clients or international shipping.
