Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and process-driven Teleperformance Workflow Optimizer with a strong focus on Operations Management to join our dynamic team in Rialto, CA. This role is crucial for optimizing workflows, improving efficiency, and enhancing productivity across our operational centers. The successful candidate will analyze existing processes, identify bottlenecks, propose data-driven solutions, and implement strategies to streamline operations and enhance overall performance. You will work closely with various operational teams to understand their needs and develop sustainable improvements that align with Amazon’s high standards of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze current operational workflows and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement optimization strategies using process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Collaborate with operational managers and team leads to gather requirements and feedback on workflow challenges.
- Design and optimize staffing models and scheduling to meet operational demands and service level agreements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on the effectiveness of implemented changes.
- Utilize data analytics tools to identify trends, predict future needs, and inform decision-making.
- Provide training and support to teams on new processes and tools.
- Ensure compliance with operational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations management, workflow optimization, or process improvement roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Demonstrated experience in process mapping and re-engineering.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt).
- Experience with Workforce Management (WFM) software.
- Background in a large-scale logistics, e-commerce, or contact center environment.
