Job Description
We are seeking a talented and creative Pinterest Template Designer to join our team on a part-time, side-gig basis. This 100% remote role focuses on developing compelling and conversion-driven Pinterest templates specifically designed to promote sellable assets within the Etsy marketplace. You will be instrumental in helping our sellers enhance their visibility and sales through visually appealing and strategic Pinterest content. This is a fantastic opportunity for a designer with a strong understanding of e-commerce, visual marketing, and Pinterest best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop a diverse range of Pinterest templates optimized for various product categories and selling strategies on Etsy.
- Ensure all templates are visually engaging, on-trend, and aligned with Pinterest's aesthetic and technical requirements.
- Focus on creating templates that drive traffic and conversions for sellable digital and physical products.
- Conduct market research to identify popular niches, design trends, and effective call-to-actions for Pinterest marketing.
- Develop templates that are easy for Etsy sellers to customize and integrate into their own marketing efforts.
- Maintain brand consistency and quality across all designed assets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand seller needs and marketing objectives.
- Stay updated on Pinterest algorithm changes, new features, and design best practices.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing Pinterest-specific work or similar visual marketing assets.
- Expert proficiency with design software such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator.
- Deep understanding of Pinterest as a marketing platform, including pin types, sizes, and optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of e-commerce principles and what drives sales for online businesses.
- Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to take constructive feedback.
