Job Description

Concentrix is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Google Customer Care Specialists, focusing exclusively on written correspondence. In this role, you will be the frontline for Google users, providing excellent support and resolving inquiries through various digital channels such as email, chat, and social media. Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries and support requests exclusively through written channels (email, chat, social media platforms).
- Provide accurate, comprehensive, and empathetic resolutions to Google product and service-related issues.
- Proactively identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions using internal CRM systems.
- Adhere to all service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on Google's products, services, and support policies.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and actively participate in training and development programs.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written communication skills, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Proven ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
