Job Description
Are you a dedicated and detail-oriented individual looking for an essential role in a fast-paced pizzeria? Pizza Hut in Henderson, Nevada, is seeking a diligent Pizza Dough Tray Washer to join our back room team. This role is crucial for maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations, ensuring our dough trays are always spotless and ready for fresh dough. Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently wash, sanitize, and dry pizza dough trays according to established hygiene standards.
- Organize and stack clean trays for easy access by kitchen staff.
- Maintain a clean and orderly dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage areas.
- Assist with general kitchen cleaning tasks as needed, such as sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash.
- Ensure proper disposal of waste and recycling materials.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment.
- Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure a smooth flow of operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting (up to 25 lbs), and repetitive motions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of health and safety practices in a kitchen setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role is a plus, but not required.
