Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Online Quality Assurance Specialist to join our remote team. In this 100% remote role, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating customer interactions, ensuring adherence to quality standards, process compliance, and exceptional customer experience. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to provide constructive feedback to improve performance. You will play a crucial part in maintaining the high level of service our clients expect from Concentrix.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular monitoring and evaluation of customer interactions (e.g., calls, chats, emails) to assess quality and compliance.
  • Identify areas of improvement in agent performance, process adherence, and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide objective and constructive feedback to agents and team leaders to foster continuous improvement.
  • Analyze quality data, identify trends, and generate comprehensive reports for management.
  • Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistency in quality scoring.
  • Collaborate with training and operations teams to develop and implement targeted coaching and training initiatives.
  • Stay updated on client policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Contribute to the refinement of quality assurance guidelines and evaluation forms.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.

  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a Quality Assurance role, preferably within a remote setting.
  • Experience in a customer service or contact center environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and quality monitoring software.
  • Certification in Quality Assurance (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) is a plus.
  • Proven ability to adapt to new technologies and processes quickly.
