Job Description
Join our vibrant team as a Beverage/Smoothie Tech at Shake Shack in Brooklyn! This entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to start a career in the fast-food industry. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of beverages and smoothies according to Shake Shack's recipes and quality standards.
- Operate beverage equipment, blenders, and other tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage station, including equipment and surrounding areas.
- Monitor inventory levels for beverage ingredients and communicate needs to management.
- Ensure all health and safety guidelines are followed rigorously.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to all guests, assisting with orders as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be 18 years or older.
Preferred Qualifications

- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Prior experience in a customer service role (not required, but a plus).
