Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Virtual Wellness Concierge to join our elite team. In this pivotal remote role, you will be the dedicated point of contact for our discerning luxury clients, providing expert guidance and personalized recommendations across a spectrum of wellness services. You will curate bespoke wellness plans, coordinate exclusive bookings, and ensure seamless support for our clients’ health and lifestyle goals, embodying the Quintessentially standard of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary virtual contact for luxury clients seeking wellness support and advice.
- Develop personalized wellness plans and itineraries tailored to individual client needs and preferences.
- Research, recommend, and book exclusive wellness services, including spas, retreats, fitness programs, nutritionists, and holistic practitioners.
- Proactively anticipate client needs and offer innovative solutions to enhance their wellness journey.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global luxury wellness trends, providers, and exclusive opportunities.
- Manage complex inquiries and resolve issues with discretion and efficiency, always upholding service excellence.
- Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients through exceptional communication and personalized care.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure a cohesive and high-quality service delivery.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury customer service, hospitality, or personal concierge roles.
- Demonstrated passion for and knowledge of wellness, health, and luxury lifestyle trends.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a polished and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
- Proficiency with digital communication tools and CRM systems.
- High level of empathy, discretion, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with a strong sense of accountability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Health Sciences, or a related field.
- Certifications in wellness coaching, nutrition, fitness, or holistic therapies.
- Fluency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish, French, Mandarin).
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals or VIP clients.
