As a Limousine Chauffeur, you will be the face of The Ritz-Carlton, providing discreet, safe, and premium transportation experiences for our distinguished guests. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate luxury vehicles for guest transportation, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Provide exceptional, personalized service to guests, including assisting with luggage, opening doors, and ensuring comfort throughout the journey.
- Maintain the pristine cleanliness and impeccable appearance of all assigned vehicles, inside and out.
- Plan and execute efficient routes, considering traffic patterns and guest preferences, to ensure punctual arrivals and departures.
- Uphold the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality regarding guest information and itineraries.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure operational readiness and safety.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with dispatch, guests, and other team members.
- Handle unexpected situations or changes in itinerary with grace and professionalism, finding optimal solutions.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure the well-being of guests and yourself.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with an impeccable driving record (no major infractions within the last 5 years).
- Proven experience operating luxury vehicles safely and smoothly.
- Excellent knowledge of Wesley Chapel, Tampa Bay area, and surrounding regions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished demeanor.
- Exceptional punctuality, reliability, and time management abilities.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
- Discretion and a strong sense of confidentiality.
- Physical ability to assist guests with luggage (up to 50 lbs) and enter/exit vehicles frequently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a professional chauffeur in a luxury or hospitality setting.
- Familiarity with luxury service standards and guest expectations.
- Certification in defensive driving.
- Basic first aid and CPR certification.
- Fluency in additional languages.
