Job Description
Are you passionate about helping people improve their lives through better sleep? Sleep Number is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Specialty Mattress Sleep Consultant to join our Mount Pleasant team. This is a high-ticket sales role where you will guide customers through a personalized consultation process, educate them on the science of sleep, and demonstrate how our innovative products can address their unique needs. With a strong commission structure, your success directly translates to your earning potential. You will be instrumental in creating exceptional in-store experiences, building lasting customer relationships, and contributing to our mission of improving health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth sleep consultations to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Expertly demonstrate Sleep Number products, highlighting features and benefits.
- Drive sales results by meeting and exceeding individual and team targets.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, including post-sale follow-up.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage customer information and sales pipelines.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and positive store environment.
- Contribute to maintaining an appealing and functional showroom appearance.
