Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Think Tank Analyst to join our strategic insights team in New Port Richey, FL. This role is crucial for developing robust research, conducting in-depth analysis, and providing strategic recommendations to support various client initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent research capabilities, and the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely. This position offers a structured Monday-Friday schedule with no overtime, emphasizing work-life balance while engaging in impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research on various policy, economic, and technological trends relevant to client objectives.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative data analysis to identify key insights and patterns.
- Develop detailed reports, presentations, and policy briefs based on research findings and analysis.
- Collaborate with senior analysts and project managers to formulate strategic recommendations.
- Monitor current events and emerging issues to assess potential impacts on client strategies.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall intellectual capital of the think tank.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and grant applications when required.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant industry standards and best practices.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Economics, International Relations, Public Policy, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in research, data analysis, or strategic consulting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of research methodologies and data interpretation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
