Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and drink orders
- Prepare food items according to McDonald's standards and food safety guidelines
- Operate cash registers, process payments, and handle cash transactions with accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms
- Restock inventory and ensure supplies are readily available for service
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues with a positive attitude
Required Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Punctuality and reliability
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is a plus, but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
