Job Description
Join the sweet team at Fannie May Candies! We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Candy Store Bulk Bin Filler to help us keep our shelves stocked with delicious treats. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fun, vibrant environment where every day brings a little bit of sweetness.
As a Bulk Bin Filler, you will be responsible for ensuring our wide array of candies are always fresh, organized, and beautifully displayed for our customers. This role requires regular lifting of up to 50 lbs, so a comfort with physical tasks is a must. Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently and accurately replenish bulk candy bins throughout the store.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate inventory needs to management.
- Ensure product freshness by rotating stock and removing expired items.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including bulk bin displays and back stockroom.
- Assist with receiving and unloading candy shipments.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Provide friendly and helpful assistance to customers when needed.
Required Skills
- Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs without assistance.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent time management and reliability.
- Basic understanding of retail operations and customer service principles.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
