Job Description
Are you a tech-savvy 15-year-old with an eye for detail and a knack for explaining what works and what doesn’t in an app? UserTesting.com is looking for enthusiastic young individuals to provide invaluable feedback on new and existing mobile and web applications. As an Online App Tester, you will explore various apps, identify usability issues, report bugs, and offer constructive suggestions to improve user experience. Key Responsibilities
- Navigate and interact with designated mobile and web applications following specific instructions.
- Provide clear, concise, and honest verbal and written feedback on app usability, design, and overall experience.
- Identify and document any bugs, glitches, or areas of confusion encountered during testing.
- Complete assigned testing tasks within specified timeframes.
- Participate in optional follow-up surveys or short interviews to elaborate on feedback.
- Maintain a keen awareness of user experience from a 15-year-old's perspective.
Required Skills
- Must be exactly 15 years of age.
- Proficient in using smartphones, tablets, or computers and navigating various applications.
- Strong attention to detail and critical observation skills.
- Ability to communicate thoughts and feedback clearly and constructively (verbally and in writing).
- Reliable access to a personal device (smartphone or computer) and a stable internet connection.
- Capable of following instructions accurately and working independently.
