Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Visual Discovery Specialist with a strong focus on app and tech content. This remote role involves enhancing the discoverability and visual appeal of applications and technological innovations across our platforms. You will be instrumental in curating, optimizing, and presenting visual content that captures user attention and drives engagement with our vast ecosystem of products and services. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of digital content trends, and a passion for technology and user experience. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Curate and optimize visual assets (screenshots, icons, videos, promotional graphics) for apps and tech features to maximize discoverability and engagement.
- Analyze performance data to identify visual trends, user preferences, and areas for improvement in content presentation.
- Collaborate with product teams, developers, and marketing specialists to ensure visual content aligns with brand guidelines and product messaging.
- Develop and implement A/B testing strategies for visual elements to continuously improve conversion rates and user satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, visual design trends, and platform guidelines for app stores and digital marketplaces.
- Manage visual content pipelines, ensuring timely delivery and quality control for all published assets.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on visual performance metrics to stakeholders.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in visual content curation, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of visual design principles and user experience (UX) best practices.
- Proficiency with image and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights related to visual content performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and optimization strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with app store optimization (ASO) principles and practices.
- Experience working with large-scale digital content libraries or product catalogs.
- Passion for mobile applications, consumer electronics, and emerging technologies.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for content presentation.
